Rewards apply only to qualifying new residential HVAC equipment installations. Reward amounts vary by the final qualifying installation value, up to $500. The referral must be properly documented before the qualifying sale is completed. One reward per qualifying customer/project. Self-referrals, duplicates, cancelled, refunded, unpaid, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back transactions do not qualify. Approved rewards are generally issued within 30 days after completion and payment. APEX may verify eligibility, deny abuse, and modify or discontinue the program prospectively.
